Product Description

PVC four pipes extrusion line is made up of a KBL*5/**2 Conical Twin Screw Extruder, a Down Steam Equipment, a Four pipes Vacuum Calibration Unit, a Four pipes haul off, a Four pipes cutter and one set of four pipes mould. Product material is PVC, best production pipe diameter range is Φ *6 - Φ *0 mm. This extrusion line ,which has the advantage of easy operation ,simple maintenance and a high degree of automation, can greatly reduce producing time as well as increase output for it produces four pipes at a time .
